I am a technical writer with diverse software skills who creates meaningful documentation. I explain and define software and hardware products and processes to simplify complex technical issues for end users.
I am experienced with Agile software development and am a certified scrum master with experience using both Scrum and Kanban agile frameworks. I have worked in various industries, including defense, engineering, data storage, automotive, and medical.
I completed the Technical Writers HQ certification course. The capstone project for that course is included below. I also previously completed the STC Technical Communication Fundamentals Bootcamp course.
